  • The Abstract must align with the theme & topic of the event
  • Each candidate is permitted to submit a maximum of two abstracts—one for oral presentation and one for poster presentation.
  • The Photograph on the left and the organizational logo on the right have to be included
  • The Word limit of the abstract is 250 words.
  • The abstract must include the following sections: Introduction, Materials & Methods, and Results.
  • All abstracts must be submitted on or before the official submission deadline of the event.
